This seamless interaction ensured that help was not only available but also efficient and responsive and at the same time, a log-term solution for the guest was offered.

When I booked my massage, the spa welcomed me by name and during the massage, the therapist’s skill and intuition seemed to know exactly what my body needed, thanks in part to the detailed notes from my previous visits stored in the system.
